INSTALLING THE CARABINERS
Carabiners are delivered as an option with your harness. To install them, please see
the photo below.
It is important to check that all lateral straps (1) and outer leg straps (2) are inside the
carabiner. The inner leg straps (3) must be attached before launching
Carabiners must be discarded and replaced after 500 hours or 5 year of use.
The carabiners are the only possible attachment points for the glider and the rescue
parachute (see page 35). They can also be used to attach a towing bridle. There are
no other attachment points in the harness.

ADJUSTING THE HARNESS
Before flying, adjust your harness on a simulator. The Shorty has three possible
adjustments to adapt to your body and flight position.
1- Adjusting the straps.
2- Lateral adjustments: to adjust the inclination of your torso.

3- Adjustment between the legs: located between the thighs to adjust the distance
between your legs. It also allows you to adjust the roll stability: the more you tighten
the strap, the more stable your harness will be. Loosen for more freedom.

INSTALL THE SPEEDBAR
To install the speedbar, pass the line through the ring and the puley.
Remote the speedbar pulleys to use the harness for speedriding to prevent it from catching
a ski lift. For this, just undo the cow hitch on the attachment strap.
