LOCALIZER: ON/OFF
This option allows the user to switch the transmitter built into the camera head on or off. The
Virax localizer is able to locate the camera head using the signals transmitted by the transmitter.
On: The transmitter is activated. / Off: The transmitter is deactivated.
REMARK! The camera's power consumption is reduced when the transmitter is off. But in
this case the camera head cannot be localized.

6.1.2. CALENDAR Menu
Use the direction arrows to go to the CALENDAR menu. It allows performing the following
settings:
Date
Time
Date notation format
Time 12h/24h
Quit the menu
The SCREEN SETTINGS menu allows free page definition. The settings are saved as
SETTINGS
Use this option to select the frequency of the camera head.
The frequency can be selected between 9.2 kHz, 8.9 kHz and 512 Hz.
NOTE!
Only transmission at 9.2 kHz is authorized in Europe. The camera head is
therefore reset to 9.2 kHz whenever the camera system is restarted.
Allows selecting the unit for digital distance display.
If the unwinder or winder is connected, the cable length already unwound is
displayed on screen.
Switches the main display mode on or off. Press 'ON' to display the battery
level and date on screen.
Sets the date appearing on the video
Sets the time appearing on the video
Choose to display the date in the Day.Month.Year or
Month/Day/Year format.
Choose whether the time is displayed in the 12-hour or
24-hour format.
To quit the menu, press the On / Off button
