Once you open the door, close it the lock is removed, disabled or destroyed before discarding.

    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Remove exterior and interior packagings, wipe the outside thoroughly with a soft dry cloth and the inside with a wet, lukewarm cloth. Avoid placing the unit in a narrow recess or near any heat source, direct sunlight, or moisture. Let air circulate freely around the unit.

    FEATURES 1 Temperature Control Freezer bin Leveling legs Shelves OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS TEMPERATURE SELECTION • The first time you turn the unit on, set the temperature control to “MAX,” the coolest setting. • The range of temperature controls are from position “MIN,” or NO COOLING to “MAX”, the coldest. After 24 to 48 hours, adjust the temperature control to the setting that best suits your needs.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS DEFROSTING YOUR APPLIANCE Defrost and clean your freezer when frost has built up to about 1/4”(6mm) thickness. Complete defrosting and cleaning should be done at least once a year. In high humidity areas, a freezer may need more frequent defrosting and cleaning. IMPORTANT: Do not use an ice pick, knife or other sharp-pointed tool to defrost freezer.

    DOOR REVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: To avoid personal injury to yourself and/or property, we recommend someone assist you during the door reversal process. If you find the direction of opening the door on your appliance inconvenient, you can change it by following the steps shown in the below diagrams.

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE APPLIANCE • Turn the temperature control to "MIN", unplug the unit, and remove the food and baskets. • Wash the inside with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
