VI. TROUBLESHOOTING AND SOLUTIONS
Breakdowns
The metal parts
of the tank are
rusted.
Water is leaking
from the
bottom of the
appliance.
Water is leaking
from the outside
of the filter.
Espresso
coffee has an
acidic taste
(vinegar).
The device no
longer works.
The steam does
not generate
foam.

Cause
The descaler is
recommended type. It can corrode
the metal parts in the tank.
A large amount of water is present in
the drip tray.
The device presents
dysfunctional
Ground coffee is present on the edge
of the filter.
Cleaning was not performed properly
after removing mineral deposits.
The ground coffee has been stored in
a hot and humid place for a long time.
Ground coffee has lost its flavor.
