s)
Do not use parts or accessories not designed to work
with this device, unless they have been indicated by
the manufacturer as compatible.
t)
The rated speed of the accessory must be at least
equal to the maximum speed of the device, otherwise
accessories that rotate faster than the rated speed
may be destroyed.
u)
Parameters of used accessories (discs, sandpaper)
must be in accordance with the technical parameters
indicated in the table; otherwise the device may not
be properly secured and controlled.
v)
Attaching the accessories must be compatible with
the device's mounting hardware.
w)
Accessories not suited to the device's mounting
hardware may lose their stability, over-vibrate, and
the control over them may be lost.
x)
Do not use accessories which are damaged. Before
every use, check their condition in terms of chips,
cracks, tears or excessive wear.
y)
Should you drop the device, check it for damage.
After inspection and replacement of damaged
elements, set the device securely with respect to the
user and the third parties so that all are away from the
rotating elements. Turn on the device at the highest
speed and allow continuous operation for about 1
minute. Damaged parts during this procedure ought
to fall apart.
z)
Hold the device touching only the insulated handle
surfaces. It is possible you may come across hidden
wiring or hit your own power cord while working.
Contact with the power cord may cause electric shock.
aa)
Keep the power cord away from rotating parts. If you
lose control over the device, the cord may be cut or
caught and a limb may be pulled into the rotating
accessories.
bb)
Do not put the device away until it stops working and
is switched off. Rotating elements may come into
contact with the surface and rip out the equipment
from the user's grip.
cc)
Do not operate the device when worn on the body.
Accidental contact of rotating accessories with clothes
you wear with may cause the rotating elements come
dangerously close to your body.
dd)
Do not use accessories that require the use of cooling
substances. The use of water or liquid coolant may
cause electric shock.
ee)
Hold the device firmly so that you can resist the force
in the event of a kickback. Use the auxiliary handle, if
available, to obtain maximum control over kickback or
torque during start-up.
ff)
Keep away from rotating parts, those parts may
bounce towards your body.
gg)
Do not position yourself body in the direction in
which the kickback can occur. The kickback will direct
the device in the direction opposite to the rotation.
hh)
Pay special attention when working corners or sharp
edges. Avoid locking and contact with random objects
while working. It may result in losing control over the
device.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.

c)
Insert the upper part of the telescopic tube into the
already assembled part of the tube. Set the correct
length (it can be adjusted within a range from 1110
cm to 180 cm), then turn the lock nut clockwise and
lock it.

3.3. DEVICE USE

3.3.1. STARTING AND STOPPING THE DEVICE
The device is equipped with a lockable switch so you only
need to press the On / Off button to turn it on or off.
3.3.2. SPEED CONTROL
The device has smooth speed regulation. To adjust the
speed, use the control knob (see section 3.1., Item 4 ) to
select the appropriate speed: Min, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Max.
3.3.3. REPLACEMENT OF THE ABRASIVE PAD
1)
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
2)
Remove the sandpaper.
3)
Turn the clamping nut counterclockwise and remove it
4)
Lift the metal pad and the abrasive pad (the back
disc is also coated with abrasive material but it only
serves to prevent slipping between the back disc and
the sanding pad foam. It is not suitable as an abrasive
element! Never use the machine without the correct
abrasive pad).
5)
Place a new abrasive pad on the back disc.
6)
Mount the large metal pad and tighten the nut.
3.3.4. BRUSH REPLACEMENT
The sanding wheel is enclosed with a special brush which
helps align the machine in parallel before the sandpaper
touches the work surface. It also helps stop the dust until it
is sucked in by the vacuum cleaner.
To replace the brush:
1)
Remove the abrasive pad.
2)
Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the six fastening
screws and remove the brush.
Rev. 04.06.2020

3.3.5. TIPS FOR WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
Always hold the device with two hands during operation!
Before starting work, clean the wall of any protruding
nails, screws and electrical components as they
may damage the device and cause danger for the
operator.
Press the pad lightly during work so that the entire
pad adheres evenly to the surface. Excessive pressure
may cause visible traces and uneven surface.
Bear in mind that the efficiency and quality of work
depend mainly on the correct abrasive material and
the rotational speed which is selected according to
the type of surface being worked on.
When finishing work, it is recommended to hold the
device against the sanded surface to collect all the
dust.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used. Wait for the rotating elements to stop.

vents in the housing of the device.
f)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
g)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
h)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
i)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
REPLACING THE CARBON BRUSH
The carbon brush wears out after about 45 hours of
operation. In this case, replace it with a new one. To do this,
unscrew the brush cover with a screwdriver.
Take the brush out of the holder, put a new brush in the
holder and screw on the cover.
