8.9.10 POSI/NEGA – representation of a negative image
Via the item "POSI/NEGA" use the keys
select the standard positive (= POSI) and the nega-
tive (= NEGA) representation of the camera picture.
In some cases, a negative representation can be
useful, e. g. for production surveillance or for viewing
film negatives.
8.9.11 H-REV, V-REV – mirroring of the representation
The items "H-REV" and "V-REV" allow horizontal
and vertical mirroring of the camera picture, inde-
pendent of each other. After selecting the corre-
sponding item, use the keys
mirror function ON or OFF.
The mirror functions can be useful e. g. for using
the camera as a rear monitoring system in a vehicle
(H-REV = ON) or for mounting the camera upside-
down (H-REV and V-REV = ON).

8.9.12 MASK - masking of picture areas
If surveillance of certain areas of the picture is not
required, up to four masks can be defined. The
masks are grey rectangles of any desired size and
position which cover certain picture sections.
After selecting "MASK A" to "MASK D" with the
keys
