Ping Pong – the Do-It-Yourself retro game
Build your own game console with a table tennis game for two players! Immerse yourself in a time 30
years ago, when the first electronic games came on the market. The playing field is shown on a dis-
play made of 120 single LEDs; it shows the racquets and the ball. Everything is controlled by the
modern ATmega8 microcontroller. Two rotary knobs allow you and your game partner to move the
racquets. You can also play against the microcontroller if you wish to. You must insert a coin to start
each new game. The display shows the current score. And you can select the game speed. You will
find tips and tricks for the game as well as additional information online at www.elo-web.de.
