Troubleshooting
Devices connected to the
USB 3.0 ports do not oper-
ate.
Power can be turned on,
however, Windows does
not start up normally.
The computer does not
resume (return) from sleep
or hibernation.
The computer does not
power off (Windows does
not shut down).
No display, incorrect dis-
play or inoperable on the
external display connected
to the HDMI terminal.
No response.

Turn off the computer, disconnect it from
the cradle, and then reconnect it to the
cradle and turn it on again.

Disconnect peripheral devices, such as
a USB memory.
If disconnecting the peripheral devices
can start up Windows, the problem may
be with the peripheral devices.
Contact the manufacturer of such de-
vices.

Make sure the AC adaptor is connected
to the DC-IN jack of the cradle, and turn
the computer on.
●
If a peripheral is connected, disconnect
it, and then shut down.
If it is possible to shut down when the
peripheral is disconnected, then there
may be a problem with the peripheral.
Contact the manufacturer of such de-
vices.

Make sure the external display is ON.
●
The display does not support the HDMI
connection on the computer.
When the display does not support the
HDMI connection on the computer, the
screen may appear blurry, or the output
destination may not be switched by the
display driver.
●
Touch operation is not possible on the
external display. Use a mouse, etc.
●
When connecting a peripheral device to
use with this computer for the first time,
updating the driver may take a few min-
utes. Please wait it is completed.
