For fastening on the transport vehicle by means
of suitable tension belts, lay the tension belts
in the integrated recesses l on the tank.
For a closed transport vehicle, adequate ventila-
tion must be provided for driver/passenger and
filling station.

Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the
tank and thus damage it.

5.5 Filling the tank

The screw cap a is automatically ventilated
and vented.
Differential pressure may cause tanks to deform
slightly and there may be a noise as the pressure
balances out when opening the screw cap a .
Before opening the filling lock a , make a
conductive connection with the earth cable h
between the tank and the transport vehicle or
the ground.
Open screw cap a .
Fill the container through the filling opening
using a delivery nozzle with automatic shut-off
feature.
After filling, close the filling open again
with the cap a .
Disconnect earth cable h from the transport
vehicle or from the ground, wind it up and fix the
terminal clamp to the point provided.
Contamination of the container caused by the
filling process must be removed immediately
with a dry cloth.

5.6 Filling

Filling is possible when the tank is in a horizon-
tal or vertical position. Better suction and total
evacuation is achieved when the tank is in a
horizontal position.
Note that excessive tensile forces on
the hose may tip the petrol trolley
out of the vertical position.

Make a conductive connection with the earth
cable h between the tank and the transport
vehicle or the ground.
Open the delivery line ball valve b .
Open the sliding bolt lock and insert the delivery
nozzle fully into the container/tank to be filled.
Operate delivery nozzle e .
Move the hand pump forwards and backwards
in a horizontal direction and start the filling
procedure.

Important!
Constantly monitor the filling process.
Ensure sufficient ventilation in the area of the
tank during the fuelling process.
Only operate the hand pump when the
ball valve is open!
After the filling process:
Close delivery nozzle and allow to stop dripping.
Wind up hose.
Insert delivery nozzle into the integrated
delivery nozzle holder i and secure with
sliding bolt lock g .
Close ball valve of the delivery line b .
Disconnect earth cable h from the transport
vehicle or from the ground, wind it up and
fix the terminal clamp to the point provided.
