Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the tank
and thus damage it.
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
Attention!
Danger of material damage to the
filling station 125 l and 200 l with lid.
The lid on these tanks does not have any clamp
locks, but clicks into place only by means of ten-
sioning bolts. The air stream may open the lid and
could rip it off.
Therefore always transport the filling station with
the hinges facing the direction of travel.

5.4 Filling the tank
i
Important!
If the DT-Mobil Easy is to be transported
or placed down on steep inclines or slopes
for longer periods, the container must only
be filled as far as the fluid level remains
below the ventilation valve.
1. Unscrew the cap on the filling opening (item 2).
2. Fill the container through the filling opening using
a delivery nozzle with automatic shut-off feature.
3. After filling, close the filling open tightly again
with the cap (item 2).
4. Contamination of the container caused by the
filling process must be removed immediately
with a dry cloth.

5.5 Filling
1. For the version with lid, either
a open both clamping locks j
(430 l / 460 l / 600 l tank) or
b pull the lengthened corners apart slightly
(125 l / 200 l tank) to release the locking
bolts n and lift up the lid.
2. Clamp the terminal clamps e to a suitable
voltage source (see type plate for tank or pump).
Observe the colour coding:
•
red = positive terminal (+)
•
black = negative terminal (-)
3. Open the delivery line ball valve c.
4. Switch on the pump f at the switch (f a).
5. To fill, remove the delivery nozzle g from the
holder and insert it fully into the container/tank
to be filled
6. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle g
(if necessary, lock with locking device)
and carry out filling operation.
Tank ventilation and pressure relief are performed
automatically by the integrated valve a.
i
Important!
Constantly monitor the filling process.
