ASSEMBLE STRAP SYSTEM:
ATTACH THE PLAIN STRAPS
TO THE FRAME.
Position the straps
inward.
ASSEMBLE SKEWERS AND PODS:
ATTACH TUBE SLEEVES
TO BAR.
Position the
pods to allow
for handlebar
clearance.
Assemble the two halves
of each pod onto the tube
sleeves.
(Single screw hole
indicates front.)

Insert straps with
buckles into slot of
stabilizing wedges.
Use the supplied
hex wrench to
Attach the

Pod covers must be
in place at all times
