The rotation direction can be changed only by lever 3 (see fig. 4) NOT by changing the
connection of the hoses.
When starting with cold oil, warm the oil up to 10 °C at free speed before working.
Insert tool
Slide the socket over the square drive 7 (see fig. 5).
Pay attention that the socket is firmly seated.
Only use sockets with suitable shank (see "Technical Specification").
Position the power socket on the screw head or on the nut and start the hydraulic impact
wrench (see fig. 6).
Remove the socket
Pull the socket from the square.
Sockets being stuck can be loosened by slight beats with a rubber hammer.
Change the sockets
When inserting a socket, pay attention that it is properly seated on the square drive 7. If the
socket is not firmly fixed to the square drive, it can unscrew.
Before underwater operation Ensure that:
• All hydraulic hoses are properly connected.
• The machine is tested for leakage and for the functioning of all parts.
Notice: Keep in mind that 10 meter water depth corresponds to 1 bar.
When working in greater depths match the diameter of the supply and exhaust hose
appropriately.
