Fitting instructions
1. Disassemble the bumper and remove definitively the aluminum buffer beam. You must keep the sealings
between the buffer beam and the coach work.
2. Make an incision in the sealing (cf. drawings 1 to 4). First shove the closing plate (3) over the assembly
piece (1) at the left and then install the sealing against the closing plate in this way that you can insert
the assembly piece (1) in the chassis beam (cf. drawings 5 to 7), the closing plate fits with the screw-
threat ends of the vehicle. Install the assembly piece (1) with (A) and (B) fitting with the provide holes,
insert he bolts an washers without tightening. seal the remaining holes between the assembly piece and
the sealing with silicone to avoid infiltrating water.
3. Make an incision in the sealing (cf. drawings 1 to 4). First shove the closing plate (3) over the assembly
piece (2) and then install the sealing against the closing plate in this way that you can insert the assembly
piece (2) in the chassis beam (cf. drawings 5 to 7), the closing plate fits with the screw-threat ends of the
vehicle. Install the assembly piece with (C) fitting with the provide holes, insert he bolts an washers
without tightening. seal the remaining holes between the assembly piece and the sealing with silicone to
avoid infiltrating water.
4. Install the tow bar with (D) between both the assembly pieces and insert the bolts. Do tighten everything
with bolts (see tension).
5. Reassemble the bumper.
6. Assemble the ball (cf. fig 1) together with the security eye (-s), insert the bolts and do tighten everything
with bolts (see tension).

Disassemble the rear light units
2x2 plastic rivets under the light units
4 screws at the entrance of the trunk
4 screws and 2 plastic rivets under the bumper
2c2 plastic rivets at mud catcher
Behind the mud catcher 2x1 screw
Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
