Cleaning of intake filter
The copper filter protects against penetration of foreign bodies and dust.
It is necessary to clean or replace this filter if the performance drops or no later
than after 100 operating hours.
Minor dust deposits can be cleaned with a brush or an air gun.
If there is a lot of dirt, soak the filter in petrol for three minutes and clean it
carefully. Then blow it dry.
Attention! Wait until the compressor is completely cooled! There is
a risk of burns!

Pressure switch setting
The pressure switch is factory-set.
Switch-on pressure is approx. 8 bar. Switch-off pressure is 10 bar.

POSSIBLE CAUSES OF FAILURE

The following leads to an overload of the motor and thus to the overload protection
response:
the mains voltage is too high
ambient temperatures are too high and the air supply is insufficient
compressor valves are defective or the check valve is leaking
the fan belt is slipping
Switch the air compressor on again after the cooling period.
Avoid contact with hot compressor parts and pipes.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If the connection cable of this air compressor is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, his customer service department or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid hazards.
Tools with a damaged connection cable may not be operated.
Repair and maintenance work may only be carried out by authorised qualified
personnel. We advise you to contact our service centre, if required!

STORAGE
Store equipment safely. When the tool is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, high or
locked place, out of reach of children.
The air compressor must be depressurised before storage.
Completely discharge the tank pressure! The pressure can be discharged using
the safety valve or drain valve.
The pressure is discharged as soon as the pressure regulator is at zero.
