12 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Air Compressor.
Check for:
loose screws,
misalignment or binding of moving parts,
cracked or broken parts,
damaged electrical wiring,
loose air fittings,
and any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the Compressor.
If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Do not use damaged equipment!

Preparing for use

CAUTION! Always make sure the compressor's power switch (7) is in
its "OFF" position and power cord is unplugged
Attach an air hose to the compressor's air outlet (5) with the 1/4 NPT connector
already attached.
Set the desired pressure to operate your tool (See "To adjust the air regulator"
below).
Connect the air hose to the tool's air inlet. Use sealing tape for best air-tight
connections.
12.2 To start the compressor
Check to make sure the air tank's drain valve (8), located at the bottom of the air
tank, is closed.
Plug the power cord into the nearest 220-240 volt, grounded, electrical outlet.
Push in the "ON" side of the ON/OFF power switch (7) to turn the compressor on.
When the maximum air pressure, 10 bar, is reached as indicated by the tank
pressure gauge (2), the motor will stop.
The compressor will automatically restart when the air pressure drops below 8 bar.
