Section 5/ Manage Mode
Manage Mode enables you to:
• View the current letter's length or time/date stamp.
• Scroll quickly through letter IDs or time/date stamps.
• Listen to the first ten seconds of each letter.
• Delete a letter.
• Start recording a new letter.
This section describes the displays and procedures in this mode.

Access Manage Mode

From Record Mode or Setup Mode , access Manage Mode by pressing On-Off (4)
for approximately 2 seconds until the Manage Mode symbol appears: .

Standard Manage Mode Display

The Standard Manage Mode Display is shown in Figure 3. In this example, the
current recording is Letter 5. The letter's length appears below MIN:SEC. The battery
charge, mode and volume level symbols are also displayed.
