    Adjustments, English Picture adjustments Picture adjustments shall only be done in format 1 (4:3) and must be done in a dark room. - Select PICTURE in the OPTIONS menu and set the values for BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST and COLOUR to the mid position. Press GO to store. - Enter Service Mode and select the MONITOR line.
  • Page 25 Adjustments, English - Select the H-AM (Horizontal AMplitude) line and adjust until the picture is inside the phosphor edge in both sides of the picture. Select the H-CENTER (Horizontal Centering) line and adjust until the grey picture is just outside the phosphor edge in the right hand side of the picture and 6mm inside the picture in the left hand side.

    Service Mode, English SERVICE MODE The Service Mode consists of two parts: Service menu and ignore mode. On page 5.1 see an overview of the Service Mode menus, and operation in Service Mode. SERVICE MENU The STAND line is only shown if the TV is fi tted with motorized stand. The function is described in the section on adjustments.

    Theft protection, English 5.11 THEFT PROTECTION The theft protection is a 4 digit PIN-code, of the user´s own choice, which must be entered if the TV has been disconnected from the mains for 30 min. The theft protection is always deactivated from the factory, it is up to the user to activate it.
  • Page 33 5.12 Theft protection, English Enter the PIN code If the PIN-code system is activated and the TV is disconnected from the mains for more than 30 minutes, a PINCODE menu appears as soon as the TV is switched on. Enter the PIN-code digits, and press GO when the last digit is entered, then the TV starts again.

Bei falschem Lesen der Werte im EEPROM werden alle Servicezähler-Werte auf 0 zurückgesetzt. SOUND ADJUSTMENTS LEFT und RIGHT TREBLE/BASS sind für eine spätere Verwendung vorgesehen.
