Before installing the bar end read this manual carefully.
The installation shall be conducted in a professional manner. If the installation violates the
professional standard the liability for the product is lost. Check the manual and requirements from
the manufacturer of your motorcycle regarding modification or change of bar end. This is
mandatory due to safety. This is necessary to not affect the driving safety. If uncertain about the
installation please hire a qualified person. Please keep this manual for a possible later use. The
assembling depends on the inner diameter of your handlebar For installation, you need to
assemble the parts according to the sketches below.
1. Make sure that your motorcycle stands solidly on the ground.
2. Before installing the new grips, check-out the correct inner diameter of handlebar (aluminum
handlebar 14mm / steel handlebar 18mm) and choose the matching rubbers.
3. Clean the inside of your handlebar.
4. Assemble according to the following sketches!
5. Make sure that the nut H with the ribbed side rests against the rubber and the rubber is slightly
pre-stressed.
This prevents co-rotation of the nut inside the handlebar during tightening.
6. Position the assembly inside the handlebar and turn screw F1 tight.

CAUTION:
Make sure that the barend C1 does not affect the function of the throttle tube!

Lisez attentivement cette notice avant le montage
Ce n'est que lorsque installé par un professionnel que la garantie légale et la sécurité de conduite
sont remplies. Faites attention aux informations contenues dans le mode d'emploi du véhicule
ou dans les spécifications du constructeur du véhicule. Ceci est nécessaire pour ne pas affecter
la sécurité de conduite. Confiez le montage à un spécialiste si vous n'êtes pas sûr de vous! Veuillez
conserver ce manuel pour une utilisation ultérieure!
Pour l'assemblage, les éléments doivent être assemblés en fonction du diamètre intérieur du
guidon, conformément à ce manuel.
1. Stabilisez votre véhicule avant de procéder au montage.
2. Avant le montage, vérifiez le diamètre intérieur du guidon (guidon en aluminium 14mm /
guidon en acier 18mm) et sélectionnez les pièces en caoutchouc appropriées.
3. Nettoyez le guidon à l'intérieur.
4. Assemblez les éléments selon les croquis suivants!
5. Assurez-vous que la face nervurée de l'écrou H soit placée contre le caoutchouc et que celui-
ci soit légèrement tendu . Cela empêche la rotation de l'écrou à l'intérieur du guidon lors du
serrage.
6. Poussez maintenant l'unité dans le guidon et serrez la vis F1.

Assurez-vous que le poids C1 n'affecte pas le fonctionnement de la poignée
ATTENTION:
d'accélération Stabilisez votre véhicule avant de procéder au montage affecte la sécurité de
conduit.
