Application instructions

Putting on the ManuRhizoLoc
A - lower arm splint (lower arm section), B - thumb splint (thumb section),
C - Velcro tab for controlling the mobility of the thumb
Together with your
movement of your thumb should be restricted. You should only change this
following consultation with your physician.
Start by loosening the three Velcro straps on the lower arm splint.

Loosen the upper strap on the thumb splint without pulling it out of the

slot. Put the ManuRhizoLoc onto the affected arm. The straps are thus

located on the top of the lower arm and on the back of the hand.

Loosen the upper thumb strap. Then loosen the straps on the lower arm
splint. Take off the ManuRhizoLoc.
Cleaning instructions
Note: Never expose the ManuRhizoLoc to direct heat (e.g. heaters, sunlight,
in your car, etc.)! This may damage the material, which can impair the
effectiveness of the ManuRhizoLoc.
Fasten all Velcro straps before washing to avoid damage. Wash the
ManuRhizoLoc separately by hand, using a mild detergent.

If handled and cared for correctly, the product is practically maintenance-
free.
Assembly and tting instructions
The ManuRhizoLoc is supplied in an anatomically contoured state. The
orthosis is available for both the right and left hand.

The ManuRhizoLoc is a stabilizing orthosis for the lower arm, wrist and
thumb. It consists of a lower arm splint and a thumb splint. The thumb
splint and the straps on the lower arm splint are detachable.
