secure hold on bowls or pans.
Three inserts
? with a smooth surface for slices
? wide prongs for coarse strips and sticks
(e.g. French fries)

The thickness can be adjusted to any size by means
of the screw on the underside.
? Please note that the blades made of special blade
steel are extremely sharp. They must always be used
with the food holder. It acts as a guide and is also a
finger guard. The long metal spikes on the underside
hold the vegetables securely.
Changing the inserts
? Loosen the screw on the underside as far as possi-
ble and pull the blade out backwards.
? To insert fit the pointed end of the insert over the
screw and click into place at the side.
You can adjust the thickness of the vegetable slices
or sticks by means of the screw.
Slicing
?The blades are extremely sharp, so you should
always use the food holder.
Push the vegetables onto the long metals spikes on
the underside.
?Place the food holder crossways on the slicer and
move over the slicer using even pressure within the
rails. With practice and skill you can even make
diced onion. To do this rotate the food holder to the
left and to the right within the rails while slicing.
Cleaning and storage
All parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Take care
when storing to avoid injury!
You should always store the vegetable slicer with
the insert with the smooth surface and tightened
screw. ?Use the storage box for the inserts with
prongs. ?Position the inserts so that the spikes are
facing inwards.
