STEP 1
1. Attach the front stabilizer (H-1) to the front bracket of the main base (D-1)
using allen bolt (F-8) and flat washer (F-7).
2. Attach the rear stabilizer (K-1) to the rear frame bracket of the main base (D-1)using
carriage screw (F-11), flat washers (F-7), and nuts (F-16) as shown.
