CONSOLE OPERATIONS

To start or stop the system
In stop mode, press the RESET button to return back to the
main menu and clear all set values;Total Reset: At any time, hold the
RESET key for 2 seconds, the
LCD will display all 2's and then revert back to the home screen
Used to select training modes or adjust values up
In stop mode, confirms all exercise data settings (Time DST, CAL,
Pulse, etc) and enters into programs
Used to select training modes or adjust values down
To test heart rate recovery status
