Cup warmer use

In some cases, environmental conditions can
create cold air flows that may affect and divert
the normal hot air flow from boiler into cup, thus
preventing cups to reach the correct temperature.
If the cup is not suitably heated when coffee is
poured, there will be an immediate drop of 25-
35°C in coffee temperature and therefore a luke-
warm espresso will be obtained.
