STEP 1 : CONNECTING AND FITTING ThE BELT.
• Check that your device is switched off.
• Open out the belt. Take the electrodes and remove carefully their protection, dampen them one by one with water on your
fingertips on the adhesive gel, and wait for 2 minutes (photo C page 2).
• Fix the electrodes to the inside of the belt using the snap fasteners.
• Place the belt (or 2 half-belts) onto the zone(s) to be stimulated (stomach, back, arms, thighs, calf ), and adjust them using "scratch"
strips to ensure the electrodes are properly in contact with the skin.
Move the belt slightly left or right (with device powered off ) to feel the contractions on the abdominal area.
• Take the connectors of your device and connect them to the belt connectors per groups of two (photo D page 2).
STEP 2 : STARTING ThE BELT FUNCTION
Once your unit is connected, install yourself comfortably and start your unit using the procedure "Starting the unit" detailed previ-
ously in paragraph II.
If you experience any tingling, switch off the device and check that the electrode is in contact with the skin. If the problem persists,

STEP 3 : STOPPING ThE BELT FUNCTION
Once the program is finished, disconnect the device from the belt.
Remove the electrodes and moisten them slightly with a few drops of water before replacing them onto their transparent plastic
backing sheets.
VI. RECOMMENDATION FOR USE
A / PRECAUTIONS
Some persons may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to the electrical stimulation.
Keep this device out of reach of children
Use this device only with the leads, electrodes, and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use portable electrical stimulators while driving, operating machinery, or during any activity in which electrical stimulation
can put the user at risk of injury.
Use with caution in the following circumstances :
- persons with suspected or diagnosed epilepsy
- when there is a tendency to bleed internally following an injury of fracture
- following recent surgical procedures when stimulation may disrupt the healing process
- over areas of skin that lack normal sensation.
GET YOUR DOCTOR'S ADvICE IF :
- You have back troubles. You should also ensure the intensity is kept low.
- You have any serious illness or injury not mentioned in this guide.
- You have recently undergone a surgical procedure.
- You take insulin for diabetes.
TIPS ExPLANATIONS FOR SMALL SIZES :
If the belt overlaps with electrodes on the body, fold the overlapping part of the belt by means of scratch sections.
CONTACT SPORT-ELEC® INSTITUT OR AN AUThORIZED PROvIDER IF :
- Your unit is not working correctly. In this case, do not use it.
- You experience any irritation, skin reaction, hypersensitivity or other adverse reaction. However, please note that some reddening
of the skin is quite normal under the belt during and for a short time after exercise.
- An effective treatment should not cause undue discomfort. SPORT-ELEC® INSTITUT will not accept responsibility if the guidelines
and instructions supplied with this unit are not followed.
- If you are in any doubt about using the device for any reason, please consult your doctor before use.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE
- You can restart a program's cycle on another muscle zone.
- For optimum use, refer to the diagrams shown in this manual.
- Clean the unit and its cables with a cloth dampened with a disinfecting solution diluted in water at 1/10
- If the device is not likely to be used for some time, the batteries should be removed
