START UP
IMPORTANT !
Start-up and Commissioning of the unit (where applicable) must be carried out by skilled person-
nel, qualified to work on this type of product.
DANGER !
Before starting up, make sure the installation and electrical connections have been carried out in
compliance with the instructions in this manual. Also make sure that there are no unauthorised
persons in the vicinity of the unit during the above operations.
Before starting up the unit, check if:
1. the unit is positioned correctly
2. the supply and return pipes of the hydraulic unit are connected and insulated properly
3. the pipes are clean and air is removed
4. the inclination of the unit towards the drain and the p-trap are correct
5. the exchargers are clean
6. the wiring connections are correct
7. the screws that secure the conductors are clamped
8. the supply voltage is that required
9. the electric fan consumption is correct and does not exceed the maximum allowed value
It is advisable to run the unit at maximum speed for 3 hours at first startup.
