Outdoor use includes tents (awnings) which are well ventilated throughout unit operation and flat garden terraces.

If no batteries are used independently of the vehicle, the mobile cooler should not be operational when the vehicle is in motion, since the battery can discharge to the extent that the vehicle engine cannot restart when the vehicle is at a standstill.

9. Connection of gas supply (The following instructions refer in the main to coolers manufactured for the United Kingdom. For other countries please refer to your supplier). 2. Domaine d'utilisation Le fonctionnement au gaz liquéfié est interdit dans les véhicules routiers et les bateaux. Le fonctionnement au gaz liquéfié est autorisé uniquement dans des pièces correctement ventilées - présentant un volume (longueur x largeur x hauteur) d'au moins 20 m et comportant une fenêtre (ouvrable) ou une porte donnant sur l'extérieur - ou en plein air. -

L'appareil ne peut fonctionner sous une pression autre que celle indiquée sur la plaque signalétique. Il est recommandé d'utiliser un régulateur de pression adéquat. -

2. Ambito di utilizzo In veicoli stradali e imbarcazioni l'apparecchio non può essere istallato per il funzionamento a gas! Utilizzare il funzionamento a gas liquido solo all'aperto oppure in locali ben aerati, con un volume (lunghezza x larghezza x altezza) di almeno 20 m e dotati di una finestra apribile o di una porta. - Page 28 6. Het gebruik van het apparaat met vloeibaar gas is alleen toegelaten in goed geventileerde ruimten die een volume (lengte x breedte x hoogte) hebben van tenminste 20m en over een venster (dat geopend kan worden) of een buitendeur beschikken.

7. Funcionamiento con batería Los aparatos para 12V DC van equipados con cables de extremo desnudo. Estos tienen que ser conectados a un bloque terminal conectado a su vez a la batería del vehículo a través de un fusible de 15A. Para hacer posible el funcionamiento con batería debe de introducirse o estar ya introducido un fusible en el conductor de corriente entre la batería y el refrigerador. - Page 54 Desconectar el aparato: Poner el selector de energía (A) a la posición „0” (El aparato está completamente apagado.). 8. Funcionamiento a gas licuado El aparato no se debe usar nunca con gas natural o gas de ciudad. Unicamente es apropiado para el funcionamiento a gas de este aparato el gas propano o butano.
- Page 55 Para cada puesta en marcha del aparato y antes de encender el quemador de gas hay que abrir la botella de gas y comprobar si existen o no vías de escape; para ello, utilice una disolución de detergente y observe donde se forman burbujas, ya que ello indica la presencia de una vía de escape.
