get the headband perfectly tted on your head.

Headband: Adjust the upper
adjustment band to your head
size. Press the ratchet button at
the back and turn it until the
headband ts snugly but
without pressure
Face distance: Loosen the
locking knobs to adjust the
distance between the face shield
and the face. Adjust both sides
equally and do not tilt them.
Then tighten the locking knobs
again.
Helmet inclination: can be
adjusted by turning the
eccentric knob.
