Assembly of the left side:
First of all, insert the pencil again on the left side. Place the headband on a desk / table and
only remove the screw nut and the plate (as shown). Hold the headband and the cover lens
with one hand and assemble the plates and screw nut as shown (use the additional plate
from the separate bag).
