Assembly of snap-in console

Industrial access steps and platform
steps can also be mounted with a snap-in
bracket in place of wall fastening bracket
and hooks.
• Screw the snap-in clip (31/1) with two M8x25 counter
sunk screws each, plain washers and nuts on both
lower holes (31/4) of the wall fastening brackets (31/
5).
• Tighten the nuts with a torque of 17 Nm.
• Suspend the industrial access steps or platform
steps in the snap-in bracket (31/2) with mounted
snap-in clips, place it at the installation location and
lock it against sliding. When installing the steps,
please ensure that the full face of the ground bracket
and the snap-in bracket lies on the support area.
• Mark the holes on the support surface of the snap-in
bracket (31/2); all the holes (Ø 8 mm) in the snap-in
bracket are to be used.
• Remove the industrial access steps or platform steps
from the snap-in bracket.
• Drill holes and insert the dowels. Observe the safety
rules given in Section

GB
without fail.
• The width of the triangular bracket can be changed
between 680 mm and 1080 mm by displacing the
cross strut (32/1) and the supporting strut (32/7).
• Drill fresh holes, align the cross and supporting
struts in such a way that the platform of the platform
steps can be mounted horizontally.
• Insert the mounting screws (32/2
washers on them and tighten mounting nuts with a
torque of 30 Nm.
• Mount the platform of the platform steps on the cor-
ner plate (32/3) with four mounting screws and the
corner plate (32/8) with two fastening screws.

Assembly of double barrier

The double barrier can be mounted on
bridging steps and module system work-
ing platforms.
The double barrier is pre-assembled up
to the holders and the stops.
Place the upper tube (33/1) and lower tube (33/5) of the
double barrier laterally on the rail support (33/3) and fix
from the side with M6x30 socket screws (33/2) and (33/
4). Seal the holes with plastic plugs.
• Railse the double barrier.
• Place the opposite stops (33/6) and (33/8) on the side
of the rail support (33/7) and fix each tightly with
M6x30 socket screws from the side. Seal the holes
with plastic plugs.
• Tighten all the mounting screws with a torque of 8
Nm.
• Check the raising and locking mechanism.

Assembly of hinged door

The hinged door can be mounted on the
platform steps with guard rails and on the
module system work platforms.
The hinged door is pre-assembled except
for the holder and the stops.
• Place the hinged door (34/1) laterally on the rail sup-
port (34/3) and fix it with M6x30 socket screws (34/2)
