Remove heavy clothing and retry.
The wrist cuff is not securely fastened. Put it on
again and retake the measurement.
Rest for a moment, relax and retry.
The wrist cuff is not securely fastened. Put it on

Take out the batteries to restart the device, then
retake the measurement.
Replace all batteries with new batteries.
