b) Connecting the loudspeaker outputs
The line towards the loudspeakers must be a bifi lar cable. Insulate all con-
necting terminals. Ensure there are no sharp edges which could damage
the cables.
Only use loudspeakers which have a suffi ciently high loading capacity and
impedance (see "Technical Data"). Connect the loudspeakers to the product
itself. Do not use headphone adapters or distribution boxes. If you are un-
sure about anything, please contact a specialist.
Make sure that all loudspeakers have the correct polarity, i.e. the plus and
minus signs must match!
The product was built for a loudspeaker impedance of 4 to 8 ohm. Only con-
nect one suitable loudspeaker to each output.
• Push the red or black plastic button on the loudspeaker outputs (10) to open the terminals.
• Connect the red cable of the left loudspeaker to the red speaker terminal "L+".
• Connect the black cable of the left loudspeaker to the black speaker terminal "L-".
• Then release the plastic button. The loudspeaker cable is clamped and good contact is guar-
anteed.
• Follow the exact same procedure for the right-hand loudspeaker.
c) Activating the basic range expansion
This product has a basic range expansion feature that expands the acoustic distance of the
speakers.
• Turn the "3D" (1) button to "ON" to activate the basic range expansion function.
• Turn the "3D" (1) button to "OFF" to deactivate the basic range expansion function.
d) Adjusting the input sensitivity
• Turn the "SIGNAL IN" (2) to "HIGH" if the input signal is too quiet when the loudspeaker
control (3) is set to maximum.
