was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer. Your PCUSB18 should include: 1 x USB 2.0 to
SATA/IDE combo adapter, 1 x AC/DC power adapter, 1 x AC power cord, 1 x serial ATA cable, 1 x 2.5" to 3.5" IDE
converter, 1 x HDD power cable and this manual.
This combo adapter allows you to use both an IDE and SATA hard drive over USB 2.0 while keeping your existing
IDE drive, exchange data between IDE and SATA drives or turn any IDE or SATA drive into an external USB 2.0
storage device.

• dual-head IDE connector (40-pin and 44-pin) plus 1 x SATA connector support 2.5"/3.5"/5.25" IDE and SATA
devices (2.5" to 3.5" IDE converter is required for 3.5" IDE drive);
• operates with 1 x IDE and 1 x SATA HDD simultaneously;
• supports Plug-and-Play.

3. Description
1. USB cable: connect to the computer USB port
2. 2.5" IDE connection: connect to 2.5" IDE hard drive
3. 2.5" to 3.5" IDE converter: connect to 3.5" IDE hard drive or
to 5.25" CD/DVD drive
4. DC power connection: connect to power connector on hard drive via HDD power cable
5. serial ATA connection: connect to SATA interface on SATA hard drive
6. DC power input: connect to power adapter
