IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons,
including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. Do not use the grinder while under the influence of drugs, medication, or alcohol.
5. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do to put Main Body of the Grinder,
cord, or plug in water or other liquid. Never rinse the Main Body under tap, only use
a moist cloth to clean the Main Body.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning.
7. The use of attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electrical shock, or injury, and will void your warranty.
8. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged supply cord or plug, or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Supply
cord replacement and repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer, its service
agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Call the provided
customer service number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
9. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local voltage
before you connect the appliance.
10. Do not use outdoors.
11. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces,
including the stove.
12. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
13. Grinder must be operated on a flat surface away from the edge of the counter
to prevent accidental tipping.
14. Turn the appliance off, unplug, and wait until moving parts have stopped
running before removing parts of the appliance or attaching accessories.
15. Avoid contacting moving parts. Never feed food by hand. Always use food
pusher.
16. Do not use finders to scrape food away from discharge disc while appliance is
operating. Cut type injury may result. Never reach into the appliance.
17. Do not operate the Grinder without the Tray in place.
