Always keep the original packaging
including the foam parts. To prevent
damage during transport, the appli-
ance must be securely packaged.
When sending the appliance in, always
add the jug. This is needed to test the
appliance.
The guarantee period is 2 years from
the date of purchase. The guarantee
period is restricted to 6 months if the
appliance is used commercially. More
than 3000 brewing cycles per year is
deemed to be commercial use.
