AWS-3500S MINI BUILT-IN SWITCH
1. Disable mains power
Always turn OFF the mains power (In the fuse box)
before you begin the installation or removal of this
product.
2. Disconnect the power socket
Disconnect the power socket and take note
where the wires are connected (take a picture if
necessary).
Yellow/green = Ground wire
Brown = Live wire
Blue = Neutral wire
Wire colors may vary per country. Contact an
electrician when in doubt about wiring
.
3. Connect wires
Remove the wires from the power socket and
connect them according to the drawing. First
connect the 'Live in' (brown) to the L terminal.
Then connect the 'Neutral In' (blue) to the N
terminal. Connect the brown wire (Live out) of
the AWS-3500s to the power socket, where the
original brown wire was (as noted in step 2).
Connect the blue wire (Neutral Out) of the AWS-
3500s, where the original blue wire was. If it is a
grounded socket, the ground wire (yellow/green)
must be connected directly to the socket.

4. Enable mains power
Switch on the mains power before proceeding
with the installation. Ensure that no exposed
wiring is present anymore.
The LED indicator on the receiver will light up
for 10 seconds. This way you know that the
wires are connected correctly and the power is
switched on.
5. Activate pairing mode
Press the pair button shortly (with a sharp
object) to activate the pairing mode. The pairing
mode will be active for 12 seconds and the LED
indicator on the receiver will flash slowly.
6. Send an ON signal
While the LED indicator is blinking, press the ON
button on a Trust Smart Home transmitter to pair
the transmitter with the AWS-3500s. (Or activate
a Trust Smart Home sensor).
7. Pairing confirmation
The LED on the AWS-3500s flashes quickly
to confirm that the transmitter is paired. The
receiver can store up to 32 different channels in
its memory. The memory is retained when the
receiver is installed elsewhere or when there is
a power failure.
8. Wireless control
Send an ON signal with the transmitter to turn
the connected power socket on wirelessly.
Send an OFF signal with the transmitter to switch
the connected power socket off wirelessly.
Optional: Deleting a single transmitter code

Press the pair button shortly. The pairing
mode will be active for 12 seconds and the LED
indicator on the receiver will flash slowly.

Send while the pairing mode is active an
OFF signal with a connected Trust Smart
Home transmitter. If necessary, consult the
instruction manual of the transmitter.
C
The LED on the module will flash fast to
confirm that the transmitter code has been
removed.
Optional: Erase entire memory
A
Press the pair button for about 8 seconds until
the LED indicator flashes quickly.
B
When the LED indicator flashes quickly, press
the pair button again shortly to confirm that
you want to completely erase the memory.
C The LED on the module flashes to confirm that
the memory has been erased.
