„ Remove all packaging materials, stickers and accessories from the inside and the outside of the appliance
(fig. 1).
„ Before using for the first time, thoroughly clean the plates with warm water and a little dishwashing liquid,
rinse and dry thoroughly (fig. 2).
„ The grill is made up of two independent removable plates (a) that can be used either separately or together.
When you install the plates, make sure that they are well placed. It is necessary that both plates are installed
on the appliance, even if you only intend to use one (fig. 3).
„ Make sure the drip tray (e) is in position (fig. 4).
„ Unwind the cord completely (fig. 5).
„ Plug the machine into an outlet, the temperature will flash on the display, use the Control Dial to adjust to
the desired temperature (fig. 6) and then press the control dial in to confirm (fig. 7). The power light will
illuminate.
„ You can adjust the temperature setting at any time by pressing the Control Dial, the temperature will flash
showing it is ready to be adjusted. Repeat above process.
„ 3 Beeps will sound when the preheating process is done then the Ready light will illuminate (fig. 8). The grill
is now ready for cooking (fig. 9).
„ Timer: You can set the time by pressing the Timer Start/Stop Button (fig. 10) and using the Control Dial to
adjust the time (fig. 11), then press the Timer Start/Stop Button again to start counting down.
„ You can adjust the Timer setting at any time by pressing the Timer Start/Stop Button (fig. 12) and repeating
the above process.
„ The machine will continuously beep when the timer is done until you press the Timer Start/Stop button. 30
mins after the timer ends the machine will automatically turn off.
Note: This is a dual zone digital grill, you can operate both sides by setting different temperatures and
times, or operate 1 side alone.
To shut off the operation, press and hold down the Timer Start/Stop button for 2 seconds (fig. 13).
To avoid overheating, the appliance will automatically shut off after continually working for 2 hours nonstop.
Please unplug from outlet and let the appliance cool down for 15 minutes before using it again.
Cooking tips
„ Increase or decrease the cooking temperature according to your taste and to the nature of the food
being prepared (quantity, thickness, etc.)
„ Wait for the READY light to turn on; This indicates that the grill has reached the desired cooking
temperature.
„ For best results and to keep the food from sticking, always make sure to cook on a clean surface.
