Convect Bake/Roast/Broil

Convect Cooking lets you prepare 12 popular foods by selecting
a food category and amount.
Convect Bake
To set:
1. Touch CONVECT BAKE.
2. Touch a number keypad corresponding to the desired setting.
For example, touch "1" for bundt cake.
3. Touch START.

Convect Roast
To set:
1. Touch CONVECT ROAST.
2. Touch a number keypad corresponding to the desired setting.
For example, touch "1" for chicken.
3. Touch the number keypads to enter the weight. For example,
touch "2" and "5" for 2.5 lbs.
4. Touch START.
After the Convect Roast cycle ends, a long tone will sound.
Follow the displayed directions.

Prepare according to package or recipe directions and place in a greased
and floured bundt pan. Place pan in microwave oven. Cool before frosting
and serving.

10 minutes. Internal temperature of white meat should be 170°F (77°C) and
of dark meat, 180°F (82°C).

If you attempt to enter more or less than the allowed weight as
indicated in the chart below, an error message will appear in
the display.
A microwave- and heat-safe dish may be placed under the
rack to catch the drippings.
