Attach the base

Warnings! The Pneumatic Arm contains a spring mechanism which will result in the
arm moving forcibly and quickly when the lever is actuated (i.e. squeezed). To avoid
injury or property damage, keep hands away from any pinch points created by the
moving components and your body and/or property away from the arm's swing path
(image below). Failure to do so may result in property damage and/or serious personal
injury.
Warning! Do not over-tighten the screws. (tightening torque is 1.5 Nm)
Caution! The Pneumatic Arm must be raised in order to complete this stage of the
assembly process. To prevent the Arm from rising too quickly, the ascent can be
controlled manually. To perform this option safely, the palm of the hand must be
placed on the flat surface, as shown below, during the raising of the Arm. A consistent
manual force is required to control the Arm's upward swing. Your hand must be kept
away from any pinch points created by the moving components and your body and/or
property away from the arm's swing path.
