Troubleshooting

7.1 General information

SYMPTOMS
Display OFF
System and data display
in red (see page EN-15)
The unit cannot be
controlled via DMX
(inactivated wireless

When using several units, dimming is
not synchronized
Light switches on when powered on

SOLUTIONS
Check :
• power, Cf. EN-7
• thermal protection
• the power supply connector must
be properly interlocked

Check data signal
Check cabling and data
connectors
Check the DMX address
The value must be 255 (100%) in order to
have the light intensity dimmed
All the units must have the same resolution
Cf. EN-16, Fixture Setup menu → Mode
All the units must have the same smoothing
Cf. EN-17, Fixture Setup menu → Smoothing
All the units must have the same dimming
curve, Cf. EN-10 Fixture Setup menu → Light
Curve
Local values must be at zero
