6 Troubleshooting

SYMPTOMS
Light does not switch on
The beam is not uniform
The size of the beam
between two fixtures is not
the same
The lamp does not switch
on immediately
POSSIBLE REASONS
No lamp installed
The lamp is installed but
defective
The lamp compartment is not
properly tightened
Defective micro-switches
Electrical connection
The lamp is not aligned
Peak/Flat adjustment
Non compatible lamp
Zoom configurations are not
identical
Cold strike lamp

SOLUTIONS
Put a lamp
Control / replace the lamp
Tighten the two knobs to activate the micro-
switch contactors
Change the micro-switch(es)
Check the connections
Replace the lamp
Turn the knob to reach the expected
adjustment
See the list of compatible lamps
See chapters referring to possible
configuration changes (4.2.1 et 3.3.4)
Wait 20 minutes before powering up again
