電池を取り付けます。

• 端末のタッチ操作モードの設定で、アクティブペンを有効にしてください。(詳細

• 画面に対して垂直に立てて使用してください。
• 傾けすぎたり、ペン先が押し込まれていなかったりすると正常に動作しないことが
あります。
電池の入れかた

キャップを回して開け、開いた所を下に向けて、電池ホルダーを取り出す

乾電池の+-極を確認し、電池ホルダーに取り付ける

+極側から電池ホルダーを戻し、キャップを取り付ける

確認してから、電池ホルダーを戻

ペン先の交換
ペン先端部の芯がすり減ったり、傷が付いたりして、操作がしにくくなった場合は、交
換が必要です。交換手順については以下をご覧ください。
• 必ず付属の替え芯を使用してください。
• 芯が短くなりすぎると、引き抜きにくくなります。短くなりすぎる前に芯を交換して
ください。
• ペン先に傷が付いたまま使用すると、画面の表面に傷を付けるおそれがあります。

図のように、芯を本機にまっすぐ挿入する

This product is designed for use with the Panasonic FZ-N1 and FZ-F1 series (hereinafter
referred to as the "unit") (as of June 2017).
• Before operating this product, please read these instructions and precautions, and save
them for future use.
• Also thoroughly read the Operating Instructions of the unit.
• Some illustrations in this document may look different from the actual product.
• Information in this document is subject to change without notice.

Safety precautions
• Keep the battery, cap, battery holder and pen tip out of the reach of infants and
small children.
Accidental swallowing of small objects can have physically harmful effects. In such a
case, seek medical help immediately.
• Do not directly touch electrolyte that has leaked from the battery.
Electrolyte may enter the eyes and cause blindness, or may come into contact with skin
or clothing and cause rashes.
• Flush with clean water without rubbing and seek medical advice.
• Do not expose the product to water or other liquids.
Doing so may cause burns or injury through generation of heat, rupture, or leaking of
the battery.
• Immediately remove depleted batteries from the product.
Leaving them in the pen may cause injury or contamination of the surrounding area
through generation of heat, rupture, or leaking of the battery.
• Do not expose the battery to open flames, short-circuit, or disassemble it.
Doing so may cause burns or injury through generation of heat, rupture, or leaking of
the battery.
• When not using the product for an extended period of time, remove the battery
from the product.
Failure to do so may cause injury or contamination of the surrounding area through
generation of heat, rupture, or leaking of the battery.
• Make sure to follow the precautions indicated on the battery.

• Check the positive and negative terminals of the battery and then insert the

Handling and maintenance
Obey the following to ensure proper use and operation of this product.
Operating environment
• Pay attention to the ambient temperature.
– Using the product where it is extremely hot or cold may cause it to operate
incorrectly.
– Leaving the product in a closed car, etc. for a long period of time may cause
malfunction.
• Do not use the product in places with plenty of humidity, dust, soot, or steam.
Doing so may cause malfunction.
Handling cautions
• The product is not waterproof or dustproof. If the unit you are using the product with is
wet, remove the water by draining it and wiping it off, and thoroughly dry the unit.
• Do not drop the product or subject it to impacts. Doing so may cause malfunctions or
damage.
• The product cannot operate correctly if foreign particles are attached to the screen or
pen tip. Clean the screen and pen tip prior to operation.
• Use the product only for screen operations. Using it for any other purpose may damage
the pen and scratch the screen.
• Do not apply excessive force to the pen tip. The pen tip is equipped with a sensor.
Continuing to apply excessive pressure may result in malfunction or damage. Make
sure excessive pressure is not applied to the pen tip when storing the pen.
• More than one product cannot be used at a time.
Maintenance
• Clean the product with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not clean the product with solvents such as benzene, thinner, alcohol, or kitchen
detergent because they may affect the surface of the product.
• Do not soak the product in liquids such as water when cleaning.
• Remove dirt stuck to the pen tip with a cotton swab, etc. Be careful not to subject the
pen tip to impact since it is equipped with the sensor. Using the product with dirt or
foreign matter attached may scratch the screen.
Battery
• Use the specified battery (AAAA alkaline battery).
• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
• Dispose properly in compliance with local waste regulations.
