18. Install the new gas orifice into the top of the GCV. See Figure 2, on previous
page.
Note: Ensure the new gas orifice is lying flat inside the outlet of the GCV.
19. Using an adjustable wrench, tighten the union nut down onto the GCV. See
Figure 2, on previous page.
20. Using a 5/16" socket wrench or Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the two air
orifice mounting screws (see Figure 6). Discard the mounting screws and
existing air orifice.
21. Align the tabs on the outer edge of the new air orifice grill with the slots inside
the new air orifice (see Figure 5). Press the grill into the air orifice until all four
tabs click into place.
22. Using a 5/16" socket wrench or Phillips-
head screwdriver, install the new air
orifice using the new air orifice mounting
screws provided in this kit. See Figure 6.
23. Install the 7-inch plastic tubing, included
in this kit, onto the upper air orifice
barbed fitting (see Figure 5) and air flow
switch.
24. Install the 12-inch plastic tubing, included
in this kit, onto the lower air orifice
barbed fitting (see Figure 5) and GCV.
