5.3 Scan setting

In the scan settings you can choose if the station scan of the radio will only stop on stations with good
signal strength or on every station. The default setting is that the radio stops at every station. To
change this setup please do this:
1. Press MENU, while your radio displays 'Scan setting', press SELECT to confirm.
2. Turn SELECT to 'Strong stations only'

5.4 Audio setting

Normally the radio will try to play a station in stereo quality. But if you are listening to a station with low
signal strength this might result in a lot of noise during playback. In this case changing the sound
quality to mono can increase the sound quality. To change this setting follow these steps:
1. Press MENU turn SELECT to 'Audio setting', press SELECT to confirm.
2. Turn SELECT to 'Forced mono'

5.5 Additional Information

While listening to FM you can browse through the information which are broadcasted by radio stations
via the RDS (Radio Data System).
These are the information which are available: Scrolling Text, Genre, Frequency, Stereo/Mono, Time
and Date.
To cycle through this information just press the INFO button repeatedly.
