Proper use
• The Shiatsu massage cushion is suitable for treating adults using finger
pressure massage and heat treatment.
• The massage cushion is intended for Shiatsu massages in the neck and back
area. It is also suitable for massaging your feet and legs.
Contraindication
• You should refrain from using the Shiatsu massage cushion MPF, or
should consult your doctor before using it, if
- you are pregnant,
- you have a cardiac pacemaker, artificial joints or electronic implants,
- you suffer from one or more of the following illnesses and complaints:
Circulation disorders, varicose veins, open wounds,
bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins.
about the power supply
• Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the
supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your mains supply.
• Only connect the mains plug to the wall socket when the device is switched
off.
• Do not operate this unit near high frequency electromagnetic sources.
• Keep the power cord and the device itself away from heat, hot surfaces,
damp and liquids. Avoid touching the plug or power switch with wet or even
damp hands, or when you are standing in water.
• Parts that conduct electricity on the device must not come into contact with
liquid.
• If the device falls into water, do not try to pick it up. Instead pull the plug
out immediately.
• Always make sure that the plug is easily accessible when the device is
connected.
• Disconnect the plug from the socket immediately after using the device.
• Never pull on the power cord to disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Always pull out the mains plug!
• Do not carry, pull or rotate the device by its power cord.
• Ensure that the cable will not cause tripping. The cable must not be kinked,
trapped or twisted.

limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient
experience and/or knowledge, unless under observation by a person respon-
sible for their safety, or unless they have been instructed in the use of the
device.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
