Throttle lever

The throttle lever controls the engine speed.
Operate the throttle lever to run the blower.

Throttle cruise control lever

The throttle cruise control lever holds the engine speed at high speed
by squeezing the throttle lever when the engine is running and
moving the throttle cruise control lever at the FAST position. Move the
throttle cruise control lever to the SLOW position to hold the engine
speed at low speed.
