7.0 Regular planned
maintenance

Operations to be carried out during a regular planned maintenance visit are
as follows:
1) Clean the evaporator. (This action may be required more
frequently than regular servicing).
2) Check operation of fan and compressor.
3) Check capacitor tolerances - where fitted.
4) Check condition of all heat exchangers/evaporators.
5) Check refrigeration system parameters.
6) Check operation of control valves.
7) Check for water leaks.
8) Check driptray and internal drain lines for blockages and
flush through if necessary.
9) Check operation of controls and calibrate if necessary.
10) Check operation of interlocks in use.
11) Final check of overall operation of unit
12) Indicate on Service report any faults found or causes for
concern.
13) Recommended servicing frequency:
