OPERATING ELEMENT
Key assignment
A = Switch on and select pressure unit
(PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm²)
B = Increase value (+)
C = Decrease value (-)
D = LCD display (illuminated)
USE
The cordless air pump can be operated with two power sources:
1. 12V rechargeable battery (14)
2. Rechargeable battery adapter with 12V vehicle charge cable (13), on a 12V socket
Screw air hose (5) on to the air pump (4). If necessary, mount an adapter (10,11 or 12) to the mouthpiece
(6) of the pump.
NOTE: if objects with 0.7 bar (10 PSI) or less have to be pumped up, we recommend determining the
precise pressure using a calibrated measuring gauge. Otherwise, e.g. Based on feeling, pump as much air
into the tube of the ball that this is hard on the one side, but does not feel too hard.
Switch the air pump on by pressing the "SET" (A) button on the control element (2). The desired unit
(PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm²) can be selected by pressing several times. The desired pressure is set using the
"+" (B) or "-" (C) buttons.
The maximum pressure of this tool is 10.3 bar (150 PSI).
Keep one of the buttons pressed to speed up setting the value. Then press the On / Off switch (8) and
keep it pressed to start inflating. The On / Off switch (8) can be engaged using the lock (9).
The LED light (7) illuminates during operation. The LED light (7) can be operated without switching on the
"SET"(A) button.
The pump stops as soon as the value set is reached. The measured value may have a difference of
+/- 0,10 bar.
ATTENTION: the hose becomes very HOT during use.
When not used, the supplied adapters (10,11 and 12) can be stored in the adapter holder (3).
Parts not attached correctly may loosen under pressure and cause injuries.
Air leaks may lead to faulty pressure values. Make sure that the objects to be inflated are tight and that all
connections have a tight fit. During maintenance and repair work, use only spare parts approved by the
manufacturer. The use of other parts may represent a risk or cause damage to the product.
