TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Wash Pump Not Operating
Consistently
Drain Time Exceeds 2 Minutes
CHECK
Machine has not been levelled.
Water level in the washtank may be too
low (below the level of the screens).
Water level in the washtank may be
too low (below the level of the
screens).
F-14: Drain hose may be kinked or
drain is blocked.
F-18DP: Drain hose may be kinked or
drain is blocked. Drain Pump may be
blocked and/or defective.

ACTION
Level the unit with the four (4)
adjustable feet (see page 8).
Turn the machine OFF. Remove the
overflow pipe and drain the unit
completely (see page 12). Once
drained, pour hot water over air trap.
Close door, turn the machine ON and
let fill. Water level should be even with
the screens.
Call for service (see page 17)
F-14 & F-18DP: Unclog or reposition
hose, and/or replace the drain hose.
F-18DP: Unclog or replace drain
pump, as required.
