4. RETURN. If the CUSTOMER wishes to return the Product, he will preferably present it to the seller to be
repaired by the SUPPLIER or by the respective trader, distributor, agent or intermediary. Copy of a valid
proof of purchase must be attached. The CUSTOMER must ensure that the Product has been cleaned.
5. REPAIR PERIOD Taking into account the nature of the Product and the complexity of the Defect, the
SUPPLIER will perform the repair or replacement within a reasonable period.
6. COSTS The SUPPLIER will inform CUSTOMER if the guarantee provisions do not apply, and will provide an
estimate of the costs. If the CUSTOMER does not want the Product to be repaired, then the Product will be
returned at the CUSTOMER's request, in which case costs will be charged for any intervention, examination
and/or transport costs incurred. Costs made by the CUSTOMER or by third parties appointed by the
CUSTOMER are not covered by the SUPPLIER's guarantee.
7. DOCUMENTS. These guarantee provisions are supplementary to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
and the Manual. These guarantee provisions will prevail if there are any conflicting provisions.
