Gender:
Press„SET"toconfirmyourchoiceandthenchoseyourgender.Thedisplay
shows the symbol for a man. If you want to change the gender please use
one of the arrow keys until you can see the symbol for a woman. Press
"SET"toconfirmyourchoice.
Body height:
Please insert your body height by using the arrow keys. You can insert
body heights from 100 cm up to 250 cm. When you continue to press
thebuttonstheindicatedvaluesgofaster.Pleaseconfirmyourvalueby
pressing "SET".
Age:
The display shows the value for your age. Please use again the arrow keys
toinsertyourageandconfirmbypressing"SET".
Activity index:
Then the symbol for the choice of the activity index appears in the left
display segment (see picture 2).

medium-term or a long-term consideration. You can choose between 4
